We had a great time aboard the Ugly Anne! We enjoyed the info and history shared, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the sunset was gorgeous. Would highly recommend Ugly Anne to anyone visiting the Straits of Mackinac. Tip: We felt like we got the best of both cruises by taking the Sunset Cruise. There were plenty of stories, history and facts about the area, islands, and bridge. AND we had fabulous views of the sunset with the water and the bridge.

We took the sunset cruise, a fun and educational trip into the Straits of Mackinac and under the Mackinac Bridge. Captain Chris and shipmate Tom did a great job sharing sharing information about the area in general and the Mackinac Bridge in particular. Hard to beat the combination of a beautiful sunset and freighters passing under the magnificent Mackinac Bridge! I would definitely do a tour on the Ugly Anne again, either the afternoon history tour or the sunset cruise.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time aboard the Ugly Anne Boat Cruise. Great story about the history of the boat! Also, very good information about the Mackinac Bridge and surrounding area. Plus, this is run by a very nice family too! We'd buy tickets again! Fun to be closer to the water than the bigger cruise lines! At 40' long, Anne is plenty smooth in the water!
