Participants will be introduced to some of Maine's most iconic food and drink industries and hear the stories of local farmers, fishermen and other producers - while sampling delicious products that represent them!

This guided, 30-minute experience is a fantastic introduction to Maine's food and beverage landscape, history and culture. We recommend scheduling this class at the beginning of your time in Maine so you can take advantage of all you've learned during the rest of your trip. The Flavors of Maine 101 was a fun way to get introduced to many different Maine grown and Maine made tasty products. The delightful young lady guiding the class was very knowledgeable and could answer every follow-up question - it really made for a fun learning experience. They sell some of the products right on the premises so you can take some favorites with you. Highly recommend!
