The Flavors of Maine 101 was a fun way to get introduced to many different Maine grown and Maine made tasty products. The delightful young lady guiding the class was very knowledgeable and could answer every follow-up question - it really made for a fun learning experience. They sell some of the products right on the premises so you can take some favorites with you. Highly recommend!
