As far as we are concerned this is the only manatee tour to go on. Though we had the semi private tour we were treated like vips. We saw dolphins and lots of birds as well as the manatee. Our guide and boat captain was very familiar with the area and gave us quite a history a of the area as well as teaching us about the manatee. We had an 11 year old in our group as well as a teenager and their mom and nana. The boat captain (Pete) spent lots of time helping nana get comfortable with the snorkel and mask while Stephanie, our guide worked with others. They both had idles of patience. It was a wonderful experience that we will not forget. We give it six stars if we could. Thanks, Stephanie and Pete. You are the BEST!

The manatee snorkel tour was a gift for my birthday and it was truly a one of kind, unforgettable experience. Our guide, Andrew, was fantastic. He was friendly and immediately put us at ease and told us what to expect and how to get the most out of our time in the water. There were several manatees out on the day of our excursion and I feel that we spent an excellent amount of time observing them and learning about them. Andrew took lots of great photos and videos to help commemorate our experience. Andrew and our boat captain, Jason, were very informative and taught us about the migratory patterns, feeding habits and environmental dangers that exist for the manatees. Once we were back on the boat, we were offered delicious snacks and hot chocolate to refuel and warm up on the ride back. The office facility and staff were very nice and you can tell that they truly care about the preservation of the manatees and their habitat. This was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend it.

We had Megan as our tour guide and Ryan was our boat captain and they were just AWESOME! They both went out of their way for us to have an amazing experience. Ryan and Megan were a very fun, very professional and knowledgeable team and got us a once in a lifetime experience. They knew just where to go and Megan spotted one right away, hopped in and we lucked out to find we had TWO manatees all to ourselves! (Well 6 in the group anyway 🙂). My husband and I along with our two daughters and our daughter’s boyfriend only had to share Megan and Ryan with one other person. I HIGHLY suggest doing the semi-private tour! It was so worth it! Thank you again to Megan and Ryan for the awesome memories!
