Chief D’Ambra is truly ‘The Man’ when it comes to understanding, appreciating and sharing the unique biology and history of the area and how it has impacted America and the world. Thank you so much! I am so glad our stories “stuck to your ribs”. Many times people who visit here think of Roanoke’s Lost Colony and the Wright Brothers before they come here. There is oh so much more…You are correct. We have a vast history that spans over 450 years. It is the little things that I like to share that makes our area unique.
