The agent never showed up and apparently was not aware that we had booked and paid. He just cancelled when we called. A terribly disappointing experience. And no excuse has been offered from Viator. Will never use Viator after this.

No one showed due to Covid. In the event if my tour guide is not feeling well, I will cancel the tour to be safe. I have to protect all guests and tour guides. Viator is aware of my policy. I understand you are disappointed but I prefer all guests to be safe then to be possibly exposed to Covid.

Mark was a great guide. He knew the history and had lots of fun details about the local area. He knew and cared about preservation of the great art deco buildings.

Mark was amazing! This was a great tour, personalized to what we want—driver Mark (who also owns the business) was funny, knowledgeable and interesting. We had a great time chatting with him as he drove us around and showed us so many cool things! Follow him on Instagram sobe_rides Would definitely do this again!
