The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park takes between 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.

I will start with the positive feedback. Nice overall experience at the Everglades National Park! Interesting info regarding the species and their habitat. The boat trip was nice and the guide did well on finding few alligators, knowing specifics of their hiding spots. Funny performance after the boat trip was finished, with a guy making a show with alligators. Now the disappointing aspect of this trip.. It all started when we arrived at the meeting point and had an issue with the internet connection therefore couldn’t open our booking tickets. The bus driver was very rude and insisted he cannot verify our booking via confirmation code or even by name. He even tried to close the door of the bus and intended to leave for Everglades with us outside and desperately trying to open the QR. After all we finally succeeded and showed him our reservation at the very last second and got in. Here comes the worst part. After the gator show was finished we passed by the gift shop along with few other people from our bus. We must have been there for not more than 10 minutes and after buying few gifts we got out only to see the back of our bus already leaving the place. We were forced to spend there more than an hour begging other bus drivers to take us back to Miami and finally one of them took us after few of them refused. Meanwhile we noticed all the drivers of other excursions were waiting and counting the people, making sure nobody will be left behind there in the middle of nowhere. Not only that the driver left us behind but he also took with him our photo from the boat, the one that every participant receives as a gift upon their return to the bus.

Everglades tour was good but had to wait an hour over our pick up time at 9am as the bus was late the Miami Traffic was blamed for this …Big Bus Tours was the operator .. we weren’t picked up until 10.05am, however the 9.30 am pick up bus driver managed to come on time & pick up his passengers and go and advised the 9am pick up people to wait for the late driver !! Not good service at all Big Bus Tours

The experience takes longer than advertised, which is fine, but you might want to pay for all day parking. Boat ride was great, gator show was great. The viator QR code gave us lots of issues, but the driver let us on no problem.
