Crew was very nice and directions were super easy. Was my first time I had an absolute blast!!! The area where we had free reign was Amazing what an experience!

My family and I arrived 15 minutes before appointed time per the instructions, only to have the Jetski crew show up an hour and 30 mins later. When the crew finally did arrive they put another group in our alotted jetski appointment. We reached out to the captain, and just about all his assistance complaining about this... to no avail.

As I explained to another member of your group, our boat broke down so instead of canceling your reservation we accommodated you with another company so you and your family could have the Jetski ride experience. They were fully booked but did their best to provide you with a great service, we apologized for the waiting time which was only 20 minutes when I spoke to your group. I tried to reach your group since the morning to make you aware of the situation but had no response so we did our best to provide you with a great service as our company is known for. I believed you guys had a great time riding the Jetskis and I hope this made it up for that delay in time.
