Our family had a fabulous time doing the Miami Jetski tour with Germaine yesterday. He was amazing leading the kids around the rich homes and making sure they were in good shape before leaving them in their own. Thank you to the entire team! They’re so friendly and make sure we’re safe and enjoy the tour. I would recommend this tour to others.

This was overall a really awesome experience! I've never jet skied before so the instructors took their time to make sure we felt comfortable navigating the waters on the skis. Also, my main guide on the water was really encouraging and took us far out around the island with skill. The ONLY reason I'm giving this experience 3 stars instead of 5 was the lack of professionalism with the main guide Moises and some of the other crew. The amount of swearing and cursing the gentlemen used throughout our time with them was extremely off-putting and unprofessional. I've seen this happening more and more in certain spaces where people feel like it's okay because you're younger to speak anyway they want to around you. ALSO - Moises made a lot of offensive and unprofessional remarks to me while I was training with him. One of which had to do with me "undressing". And while in the moment I brushed it off not wanting to cause a problem, looking back on the experience I found it to also be very inappropriate. There was also a situation that arose on our way back that required them to be on the phone with a manager / colleague. Our captain spent the remainder of our ride back swearing loudly on the phone with this person with little regard to us hearing the clearly private conversation. I would say if you want the experience of jet skiing, go for it, but just be aware the team is definitely not concerned about making a professional presentation or impression.

The whole experience was very stressful logistically. It took a long time for us to check in and get to the jet skis which are parked in the middle of the bay, on a floating marina. The jet skis are trashed. Mine had low fuel and kept beeping all the time, which is kind of unnerving. The guiding consisted of going in a straight line under one bridge, hanging around in a small circle for a bit and coming back. Lots of waiting around for others. Couldn't really let her rip. I was hoping for a more tailored experience, showing us a few hidden pockets, etc. logistics of this place are terrible. They have a ton of throughput, so the experience suffers. They were nice people, but need help with operations.
