The lady merasol was great she just didn’t really have any help. our tour guide was late so no tour we basically drove in circles around this little doc. I had to get off in middle of the ride because I was outta gas. It should have been filled up before hand. Half of the group stayed on the little doc while the other guy kept taking off and bringing other people. But the lady that did all the work rode the others around. She is the only thing holding this whole little operation together. It was lil Getto

First and foremost my team and I would like to extend our most dearest and sincerest apology. Our number one priority here at Warrior WaterSports is safety followed by guest experience. We appreciate your honest feedback because we strive to be better & the only way to do that, is to take our critiques and learn from them. We had to keep you riding close to the platform for safety reasons, all of you were first time riders so we needed to keep you on sight.. We apologize for our Tourguide but the rest of our team are amazing and I believe all of you had a great time specially your Mom :) which told us she will give us a 5 star Hope to have you next time you visit Miami.

Marisol was the bomb we give her a 10 star!!!! And Moises we give a 8, but the experience was not good the tour guide didn’t show in time so we never got a tour. We was at the mobile office the entire time. Didn’t get to get a picture package because no tour! They did try to accommodate us for the tour guide not showing on time. This was our first time, traveled from NC! Again Marisol you would be the reason to give a second chance!

We wake up every single day with the motivation of making our company the go to place to get jetskis. Even though we strive for perfection, sometimes as a team we make mistakes, but we own up to our mistakes and we apply them to our everyday growth. You mentioned that Marisol would be a reason you would give us a second chance & we are thankful for that. Although we would like to add to that second chance by offering a great discount next time you visit us, along with free photo packages and a free private tour. We know that our offering doesn’t change that day but we hope on your next visit we get to fully show you why Warrior Watersports is the number 1 place to JetSki in Miami. I don’t even know where to start. 1). Firstly as soon as we arrived they instantly started talking about smoking weed and saying it was okay to “blow down” even stating that they have weed on them at the moment. Which to my knowledge is illegal. Then tried selling it to me on the side. I think one of there names was Luis. 2). They kept talking about running from the cops while we were on route to whatever location. Everything seemed really fishy. 3). These 2 girls fell off of the jet skis and another company or jet ski tour guide had to help them out especially since our tour guides weren’t around. 4). Lastly the same guy Luis Brito gave us his Instagram and said to cash app him for pictures and video. I sent him the money and never deceivers any pictures or video. I really feel like this whole entire thing was just shady and misleading. This guys Instagram name is @aqua.brito
