États-Unis 1 Mile Marker 0

The day trip to the keys was well worth it however I picked the glass bottom boat as my activity and it was nice but I think the hop on hop off trolley was the way to go. Very organized trip and friendly staff.

Had a blast seeing Key West on this trip. I didn't book any additions in my trip so I cannot speak to the snorkeling or trolley excursions. But the bus ride itself was prompt and comfortable. Manuel was a speedy driver and navigated the super busy SoBe streets smoothly and safely as we drove south to Key West. There were A LOT of reckless driver but Manuel did a great job keeping us safe and in time. The tour guide Luis was also very helpful. Luis told us fun facts abt the Keys as we drove down and he was very knowledgeable about where restrooms were located, and ensuring that we did NOT get lost in the Keys or left behind. Everyone was able to make it safely back to the bus after our day in Key West was over. Luis also did a great job of making sure that everyone was picked up in Miami Beach so that no one missed out in the trip. We left Key West around 5 and made it back to Miami Beach by 10pm. We were a slightly smaller group than normal so it was easier for us to make it to Key West quickly since there weren't as many pickups in Miami Beach. We arrived in Key West a bit early- about 11am. In the drive down, we stopped in a Mcdonald's and we're were able to grab some breakfast. There is also a CVS across the street from the Mcdonald's which was a life saver for buying any last minute things. The CVS is WELL stocked- sun hats, sandals, hygiene items, sunscreen, etc. I was able to grab an Iphone charger at the CVS because I forgot to bring mine. The bus has outlets for charging devices and the AC wasn't too cold but I'd rec a sweater or jacket if you get cold easily. The bus also had a bathroom but I didn't use it. Drop off was easy and we were taken back to the same spots where we originally boarded in Miami. Door to door pickup and drop off was very convenient. Again, I did NOT purchase any additional add ons to my booking- I only had pickup and drop off included in my booking so I recommend reading other reviews to help you decide if adding other activities to your booking is a good idea for you. Areas for improvement: the windows in the bus were dirty in some areas and it would be nice if the windows were cleaned also that we can take videos and pics. However, the tour guide mentioned that the bus had been egged by some ppl in South Beach a few days prior so that is probably why the windows were dirty in certain areas.

Had a great day visiting key west and the tour guide David did an amazing job making the trip enjoyable. Festival going on in key west was a bonus! Recommend the hop on and off trolley to get around and see a good portion of keywest in the 6 hours, just wish the time frame kept us in key west to see the sunset. Otherwise no complaints!
