This is an inexpensive way to visit key west for a day. The bus was nothing fancy but fine. The usb charging port above my seat worked, but there were only a handful of them on the bus and I checked and only found a few that worked and picked a seat where there was a us that worked. I knew I would be on my phone for six hours traveling and then some for gps while down there and wanted to make sure I could recharge. There’s a small bathroom in the back. It was relatively organized but not much info about the areas we passed through. If you just want a ride it’s a decent option.

Poor tour guide, was more interested in selling tours and making his commission. Had a lecture how to use the toilet on coach. No wifi on coach Journey back we were told it would be 3 1/2 hours , it took 5 and that wasnt down to traffic , very very disappointing

Hello, we are very sorry that you did not like the experience. We will call the guide's attention, but it happens that tipping is very common in the USA. It is very typical in this country, but I understand that for some people, it is not. I am sorry. The WiFi is unlimited on the bus. However, some areas, such as Everglades, have no good service. Finally, it is impossible to return in 3 and a half hours because the distance between Miami and Key West is almost 200 miles, with a route that is not a highway for the most part, with a maximum speed of 60 miles/h. When crossing the different Keys, there are also traffic lights, and if you are in Miami Beach, we have to drop off first at the Regency Hotel (Miami Airport area), then at Downtown, South Beach, and then you get to the Riu Hotel where you were staying. It is almost impossible to get to the Riu Hotel in less time than 5 hours. Again, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction, and thank you for the feedback.

This was an amazing experience. It was reasonably priced, and I enjoyed have 6 hrs of free time in Key West with options! Long day, but well worth it 👌🏽 Our host Luis was awesome and ensured we were well taken care of. I'd definitely recommend this tour!
