I admit, I'm not a foodie, but I did love this tour. It was a gift to my wife and me from my daughter who does appreciate good food. This tour only proves, "old dogs" (I'm 70 years old) can learn new tricks. The restaurants that we were taken to were outstanding and the food tastings were excellent. John, our guide, provided inside information on each stop and better yet, the history of Atlanta. We learned more about the city in 3 hours than in the 25 years living outside the perimeter of the city. John, was VERY knowledgeable about the entire restaurant scene in Atlanta and conveyed it in an engaging manner. He was very patient with the many questions that our group asked and answered them with great insight and humor. Bottom line,
if you're an "old dog" like me, try this new trick, you'll love it.

Well... Old Dog to Old Dog! Lots of new tricks! Lots of great food! A beautiful Atlanta afternoon! Quite the stroll, indeed!!
Thanks, D., for the wonderful review! You two don't live that far away, you now have a cute illustrated map of my Midtown neighborhood, and...I'm about to mail you the FREE PARKING pass. You two could actually be regulars in my neighborhood!! Yahoo!!
From the history aspect, I hope that I brought to life the fact that my section of Peachtree Street used to be Mansion Row...and then it was abandoned...and now it has become one of the top "neighborhoods" in the country!!
Live! Play! Eat! That's my Midtown!!!
My best to you both! John
