I can’t say enough good things about this tour. Ross is a wonderful guide. He shows you a little bit of everything, neighborhoods, points of interest and especially all your food options. You get to taste the best food Milwaukee offers. Highly recommend.

First of all I want to thank Ross, our tour guide for one of the best days I had in Milwaukee. As I always try to get to know the culture and history of the cities I visit, I am used to standard city-tours. Well this Secret Food Tour was something new and I would recommend it to everyone! Ross is fun to listen to, he shows the city in a unique way and explains historical facts. The best thing was the food! We went to the safehouse, a fun experience just to get in there, and I had the best cheese curds ever! By the way trying cheese curds is a MUST when you visit Milwaukee. I also really enjoyed Wisconsin Cheese Mart, where you can even eat cheese made out of chocolate! In total we had 5 stops where we got a lot of tasty, regional food and Ross made sure to always keeps us entertained. One special stop was at an authentic German restaurant which served awesome German chocolate cake. We learned some interesting facts about the history of the restaurant and it really felt like being in Germany. I recommend the tour to singles, couples and families, everyone will enjoy this unique experience of getting to know a great city even when you have been living in Milwaukee, I am sure Ross will surprise you with at least one stop.

All the food was great. The cheese curds at the Safehouse and the restaurant itself were very memoriable.
