It was cancelled due to water conditions that morning. Great customer service though because we got a full refund within a couple of days! You can also opt for a different scheduled day and time of your choice!

Fun snorkel trip, we saw a few turtles up close which was amazing. Reef is about 15 ft down. Crew very nice and overall we had a good time.

This was not for beginners regardless of being advertised as good for children and those who had never snorkled. Our guides were unhelpful. I have been on dozens of these snorkeling trips and this is the first one that gave ZERO instruction on equipment or technique. One beginner in our group quickly gave up and got back in the boat. I was afraid my mother would drown. I left her at their joke of a "secured raft suitable for children and beginners" and swam to flag down a guide to help her. While this was going on I missed a pod of spinner dolphins coming through. No one in our group of all different levels from novice to advanced were happy with the guides. I had gone to the North Shore and done a shark swim a couple days before this and THAT tour was more suitable for beginners than this given the unwillingness of the guides to do basic job duties.
