Captain Nick was our pilot and gave us information during the flight (not a canned audio program). This company uses a quality helicopter. Flights are located at the heliport near the main airport, easy to find. Airport parking fee is required around $6.00 (small parking lot right at their office/site). Views of the interiors of Maui and Molokai that would not be seen other than air. It was the time of the year whales were migrating off of Maui which we were able to see.

Fantastic experience! Spectacular sights that we could never have seen any other way. Our pilot was excellent. Major highlight of our trip to Maui!

would give zero stars if i could. we had booked our flight for a previous date on our trip and they canceled due to not having enough people in our group to fly. the only other date available was the day we were flying back home. we tried our best to make it on time (30 min before flight time) but ended up getting there 15 min late due to having to return rental car/check out hotel all last day trip things. they lied and said it was too late that the helicopter had already left, keep in mind we could still see the helicopter parked outside. we explained the situation about us originally having a different date that we would’ve had no problem being on time to, that we had to be rescheduled, they did nothing to try to accommodate. we waited outside in the parking lot to see the helicopter leave AFTER and long enough to see it arrive with a family of three. yet they canceled on us for not being 5 people when we previously booked. it was supposed to be one of the highlights of our honeymoon. couldn’t even give a partial refund for the horrible experience and customer service. do not recommend. book with someone else.
