None; the visit to the 1st falls would have been memorable but we were given only 30 minutes to walk to the top of the bridge and back, use the rest room, and browse the gift shop. It would have been better if we had a chance to hike the top of the falls. The Vista House was closed and the fruit stand ran out of fruits by the time we got there. Hence, overall, we stayed riding in the van.

We are sorry that the tour did not live up to your expectations. We have many stops on this tour and cannot give the amount of time at Multnomah Falls that would be needed to walk to the top of the waterfall. While the interior of Vista House may have been closed, the tour still stopped there and you were able to enjoy the amazing view of the Columbia River Gorge. Unfortunately we cannot control when fruit stands sell out for the day and random closures of locations. Those things are completely out of our control and information by these locations is not always posted online.

It would be awesome if this company would provide a parking location, such as a lot or garage nearby the closest pickup locations instead of hotels, as I am not staying at any on the list, nor in Portland. When I called the Tripadvisor assistance line, they supposedly called the company and found out that I could park at Shilo Inn Rose Garden for free. I then called Shilo Inn, and they informed me they charge their guests for parking, so no, parking is not available for a tour company guest. I had wanted to do this specific tour, but unfortunately, this forced me to choose elsewhere.

Unfortunately there is no free parking available in any area where we pick up for our tours. You could have taken the MAX train, or a rideshare service to one of our meet points.

Ana was engaging, friendly, and offered us snacks and water throughout the tour. She included bits of history about the gorge, horticulture info, restaurant reviews of where to eat in the city, and even included a couple of dad jokes. The tour is good for anyone that doesn’t want to drive and wants to avoid parking. If you want to spend time at each of the waterfalls and do extended hikes then best to drive on your own but it would take time to see each of the waterfalls in depth.. Best to think of eating large breakfast if you take the 8:30am tour or bring your sandwich if you get hungry. Ana offered to take photos of our family at view points which we appreciated. We stayed in the city and realized we had to cross the bridge to get to the van, it was a great walk but added a LOT of steps. We were ok with it, however give yourself time as its on the other side of the river from downtown. My two teens loved it.
