What To Expect
1
Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area
You’d be hard-pressed to find vistas as stunning as these. At the western end of the Gorge, the view from Crown Point is a front-row seat to the mighty Columbia as its unfurls and cuts through the Cascade mountains. From there dozens of awe-inspiring waterfalls spill from basalt cliffs, lining the Historic Columbia River Highway, like the famous Multnomah, Bridal Veil and Latourell falls. The landscape seems to grow bigger, grander and brighter as it rolls east.
2
Portland Women's Forum State Scenic Viewpoint
The view is absolutely breathtaking and it's one of the best spots to soak in a view of one of the most beautiful places on earth: the magnificent, awesome Columbia River Gorge.
3
Wahkeena Falls
The 242-foot falls is a tiered type of waterfall, named after the Yakama word for "most beautiful". While not as tall as nearby Multnomah, it is no less lovely.
4
Vista House
The Vista House was built in 1917 on one of the most beautiful scenic points on the Historic Columbia River Highway. It was constructed to provide travelers a place to rest and refresh themselves as they made their way down the magnificent Columbia River Gorge.
5
Latourell Falls
Latourell Falls is a gorgeous waterfall that has the distinction of being the closest major waterfall of the Columbia River Gorge to the City of Portland. It possesses remarkable overhanging columnar basalt cliffs that allowes Latourell Creek to do a 249ft free-falling plunge with no contact with most of the underlying cliff, making it in one of the more unique such waterfalls in the gorge.
6
Multnomah Falls
A waterfall as magnificent and memorable as any in the country is located just a 30- minute drive outside of Portland. Visiting Multnomah Falls, a 611-foot-tall roaring, awe-inspiring cascade of icy water, lets you experience the power and beauty of nature up close and with ease.
7
Horsetail Falls- Columbia River Gorge
Named for its characteristic form, Horsetail Falls plunges 176 feet within view of the Historic Columbia River Highway's "Waterfall Corridor".

It was nice to get out of the city and see waterfalls. However, our guide didn’t notify us of our early pick up time until the morning of, which was very late in the game. We were on vacation so got up based on when we needed to be ready. All others tours notified us the night before.

We notify all reservations of their pick-up time and location within hours of the reservation being made and we follow up with a second email notifying of the pick up time and location the day prior to the tour. Perhaps the emails went into your junk mail? Unfortunately if our emails go to your junk mail, that is not something we can control. If you do not see the emails from us, you can call the phone number listed on your ticket and call us for your pick up time and location. It also says on your ticket that pick up times are up to 45 minutes prior to the tour start time depending on your hotel location, so even if you did not see the emails you were sent and did not call us you did know an approximate time you would want to be ready for the tour.

So fun! Our tour guide Phoebe was so knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our questions. She was so sweet and offered to take pictures of us at every waterfall and tell us where the perfect photo spots were. She gave us time at every waterfall and was overall so funny and kind! She also offered us umbrellas and complimentary waters incase we forgot!
