• Everyone must go through the security check when entering the building
• No glass or bottles are permitted to be taken to the Observatory
• Cameras and camcorders are allowed, but no tripods
• You can ONLY bring carry-on-size bags and backpacks
• There are no rooms to check coats, packages, baggage or suitcases, so please don't bring them to the Observatory

What To Expect

Empire State Building

A limited number of ticket holders will have the chance to arrive before the building officially opens. Check-in at the information desk and you will be escorted to the 86th floor of the Empire State Building. Get lost in the hues of the sky as the city awakens. Our trip to the Empire State Building was awesome, thanks to Kevin! He really went out of his way to make sure my fiancée and I had a standout experience. The views up there? Absolutely incredible. Plus, the staff were super accommodating, which just made everything even better. It was my first time visiting, but I’m already pumped to go back. We booked for the sunrise tour, but unfortunately we had no view at all due to the weather. We still went up and took photos, but was very surprised to receive a pass to return on another day to see the view. We were not going to be in New York when they next ran the sunrise tour - but we were very happy to choose when we went back. The pass we were given was a fast pass, so we even got to skip the queues. Fantastic service
