Fabulous experience with Captain Bagwell, Crew Chief Gary and professional, hardworking team. Gorgeous views and lovely breakfast. We enjoyed learning about the history of ballooning. Top-tier experience all the way.

Sadly it was cancelled due to weather but the company was amazing and very easy to work with. Next time I’m in Arizona I’m going to try again for sure!

The hot air balloon flight exceeded our expectations. Our Captain was very informative and helpful. He answered numerous questions that my curious mind had. Do not hesitate...the flight was a wonderful experience. My group booked the hotel pick-up for our sunrise flight. There was an issue with the pick-up. When the operator of the excursion was made aware of the issue, it was handled in a quick and professional manner. Even with this issue, because of the concern and courtesy shown to us by the operator, I would recommend this excursion.
