Our experience was amazing from Ken our van driver to captain Al and all the other crew staff who make this possible. I had no idea how huge the balloon and basket's are and how many people it takes to make the ride happen. I felt like we were floating, no fear at all. Such a peaceful ride and such beautiful views. This company is awesome....

It seems impossible, but time and space just fade away and all that is left is the joy of the moment with no fear of height, how divine. My wife and I have talked about doing this for a long time. We came to AZ for the week and the opportunity arose. Could not have been any better. Perfect pilot and crew. They were all very skilled at their jobs. I never knew everything that was involved. The day started early, before first light. General briefing while the hot air was forced in the balloon. Then we loaded up as the sun was coming up and took a few pics and up, up and away. Captain Craig was an amazing pilot. While floating over the landscape he pointed everything out along the way with a very refreshing sprinkling of humor. Sharing all the tools of the trade and accurately predicting our flight, and then later sharing that data. He was able to patiently steer the balloon with amazing skill which was fun to watch. After landing the crew setup a very nice champagne brunch and traditional toast. The food was delicious and a very nice touch. And to think we were in the middle of nowhere in the morning desert sun. This was spectacular. It seemed like there was nothing for miles. Very cool! After a few more pictures they loaded up and we headed back to our perspective hotels etc. I think there was 13 of us in the basket and everyone had a great day thanks to the entire crew. We were back before 10 AM. We will definitely do it again as I’m sure each flight is different. I’m just so happy we got the best
