The views from the gondola were wonderful, and the guide was very skilled in his handling of the balloon. Overall, the experience was wonderful. However, for a ride for which the passengers were mostly women with a couple of adolescent youths, the guide's crude attempts at humor, many of which were derogatory of women, were not appreciated.

Took the balloon ride with Captain Tommy who was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Enjoyed the ride with my husband celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great little breakfast with mimosas after the ride. Our van driver Todd was awesome also!!

We were skeptical at first of booking a 6am sunrise flight, but let me tell you that it was worth getting out of bed! Fantastic experience and incredibly peaceful watching the sun rise above the desert mountains. Takeoff and landing were smooth and pain-free.. wasn't sure what to expect, but it was an awesome experience... highly recommend! Also, huge shout out to our pilot Craig and crew Anthony, Rindi, and bonus Jessica! And another shout out to Barb in the office for helping set up the logistics of our reservation.
