This was a bucket list item with friends, and Capt. Craig and the crew made it better than expected. Jonathan was such a great informative driver and Capt. Craig was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely guest focused! Thanks for an incredible experience! Will recommend to all!

We had a great experience with Hot Air Expeditions. Our Captain Craig Kennedy was extremely experienced and personable. He added great value with his knowledge of the area and hospitality during the trip. We saw a couple other balloons bumping and dragging on landing, but he expertly set us down in a gentle manner. Definitely a trip worth taking!

Jason, Sadly, some times there are rough landings. Thankfully, our pilots and crew do everything in their power to keep that from happening. Our Pilots and Crew do their utmost to be friendly, personable, professional all while taking care of our passengers. Plus, celebrating with a Champagne or a Sparkling Cider toast and that wonderful breakfast certainly is a great ending to a perfect flight.

This was our first time taking a hot air balloon ride, but not the last. Our captain Craig was excellent and knowledgeable. The experience started with me helping to inflate the balloon. It was great watching the balloon and inflate and the hot air being added later. After everyone got into the basket, we lifted off. You could barely tell you were floating. The view from the balloon was magnificent. We were on the sunset flight and the sunset was beautiful. Captain Craig pointed out many interesting things as we glided over the desert. The landing of the balloon was good, as you barely felt the basket land on the ground. After the flight we had a toast of champagne and food. I took some great pictures from the balloon. Looking forward to our next time.
