This is my second time utilizing Hot Air Expeditions, and it was again AMAZING! This is an experience not to be missed. It is the most peaceful and exhilarating experience I have ever had. My trip was Friday, October 20th and it started with a 5:30 am Pick Up by Todd who was super knowledgeable, friendly and talked to us while we picked up other passengers at other hotels. We then went to where the balloons were launching, and our balloon was almost up when we got there, and my daughter and I got in the basket and the staff took time to take our picture, even though they were getting everything ready for the launch! Our pilot was Tommy and he was great! He was funny, and very professional. Because we were the first balloon to launch, we got to see the other balloons on the ground and then we were a little farther away when they launched so we got some great pictures of the other balloons over the mountains. The experience was great and felt very safe the entire time. I highly recommend Hot Air Expeditions and if I get the chance I would use them again!

My boyfriend surprised me with my first balloon ride!Tommy our driver was great! Ken our pilot was amazing as well! Great landing great experience ! The ride was magical and peaceful... it was a great way to celebrate my 30th bday!

Natalie S. We love when a surprise is pulled off. We are always thrilled when we can help make those magical moments happen. We hope that this is one of those birthday events that turn into birthday traditions. I shall make sure that Tommy and Ken, each receive their given praise.
