WOW! What an amazing way to check out Phoenix. I've always been a bit scared of heights and was fearful of the ride at first but from the second I meet the crew I knew i was in good hands. The entire staff was very professional, polite,knowledgeable and quite funny. Jeremy our driver and Tommy the pilot were amazing. Cisco our Chef was great too. I loved the breakfast/mimosas that the company hosts after the ride..there was a sad group of people that went with another company.. They suffered watching us enjoy breakfast and champagne from afar, don't be them! It really made my morning and I highly recommend working with this company in particular if you ever want to experience a hot air balloon ride(even if you're a bit scared!).

Hello, Congratulations for completing your flight! We are thrilled to hear our crew made you feel comfortable and safe throughout your whole experience. They really love sharing their knowledge and experience with the passengers, and they have plenty of it! Even though the balloon ride has to end, the perfect way to end the flight is a hot meal with crystal, china and silverware. Of course the mimosas don't hurt either! I have always been deathly afraid of heights, but to please my husband and daughter I agreed to try a hot air balloon ride. Im so glad I did!! It was thrilling and peaceful and not scary at all! I even looked down over the edge from 5,000 ft up! I cant wait to go again! Our pilot Tommy made the experience fun and made me feel safe the entire time. Todd was our chase crew and did a great job of having breakfast ready soon after landing. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Every year in March i come to Phoenix for some spring training baseball. this year we did 3 ball games, the Frank Lloyd, Sedona plus this balloon ride. everything we did was fabulous, but it was a toss up between the balloon ride or Sedona for the highlight of our trip. i had some apprehension of what it would feel like to be a few thousand feet in the air in a wicker basket, but within a few minutes i felt like was in heaven. if you have never been on a balloon ride, words don't do justice for what it feels like to float thru the air. John our pilot did a fabulous job, he made us feel like we were being flown around by a favorite uncle. in summary, this felt like a once in a life time great experience, kind of reminded me of an song i used to sing "Why don't you come with me little girl, on a Magic Carpet ride. Thanks again Hot Air for a fabulous morning.
