Pick up at the hotel was timely and pleasant. The time in the air though was rather boring. We stayed in the same square radius flying over the same patch of dirt. The other five balloon companies that launched at the same time on the other hand were changing altitudes, getting close to the river, flying over houses making it a more enjoyable ride. Moving onto our pilot, captain Mike. He was rude to his staff, yelling at them making the whole trip unpleasant. Safety was never in question but his demeanor was unpleasant. Spend your money with another company.

Exciting trip from start to finish!! Very knowledgeable staff of Captain Mike E and Crew Chief Jim. Enjoyed the views and information about the area and history of ballooning. the adventure is worth every minute. Will definitely return when in Phoenix next year.

We had a great time on our hot air balloon ride. The service was well organized and everyone we encountered was very professional. I was worried about feeling motion sick but that never happened! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
