We did a sunset balloon ride and it was fantastic! Our captain was so knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out different types of wildlife and vegetation as well as interesting historical facts about the Phoenix area. The ride lasted about an hour and our views were spectacular! After we returned to the ground, we had a wonderful champagne toast and excellent appetizers. I would highly recommend this tour company!

My wife and I were in Phoenix and were invited to participate in a balloon ride through Hot Air Expeditions. As you can imagine, we were a little tentative as we had never taken a balloon ride in the past. Our driver and crew chief, Steven, picked us up at the airport and drove us to the location of the ride. He was very good at explaining the ride and answering our questions. Tommie was our captain and took us on a very memorable ride. He made us feel safe and added a certain degree of humor to the ride. We went up to about 5,000 feet and had great views of the mountains and the Sonoran Desert. I highly recommend this company for your balloon ride adventure.

My husband and I got a free balloon ride through his work. The customer service from pick up to drop off was great. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because it was slightly boring... if you are an adrenaline person looking for a fun time this is not the outing for you. If you want a calm hour long ride and views of I-17 and some desert then you will enjoy it.
