We came to AZ for a wedding and booked our 4th Hot Air Balloon flight to coincide with this trip. The booking process was great and done before we got here. The Flight Crew met us at the appointed location and Jim was excellent to work with. We were more than lucky to be assigned to Capt. Walter and Team Ted. Having seen the prep operation before, we knew what to expect. This group was like a well oiled machine. Everything was explained with an emphasis on our safety. Something you appreciate when you are up in the sky without a parachute on your back. Our flight was very smooth and Capt. Walter kept us encased throughout as he explained the landscape below and the vitas around us. Congrats to Capt. Walter for the softest and smoothest landing of our four flights.

Two of my friends and I had the trip of a lifetime on Sept 30th with this company! Todd picked us up on time at our hotel, and provided much info about the city of Phoenix as we drove around to a few hotels to pick up other riders. We had the good fortune to be in Captain Tommy Brown's balloon and we had a fantastic flight!! One of our group was afraid of heights, and yet she told us that she was so comfortable and had no fear!! The champagne breakfast was great fun afterwards, right where we landed! Thanks for a great experience everyone!

My husband was very hesitant on going in the hot air balloon flight as he is afraid of heights. We were very lucky to have captain Walter who made my husband feel relaxed. He was very knowledgeable about the desert wildlife and kept a great conversation going. After we landed, we had a very delicious breakfast and mimosas. I would highly recommend captain Walter and the rest of the Hot Air expedition staff!
