DO NOT second guess whether you should try this. DO IT, and go with these guys. My wife and daughter were VERY concerned about our vacation after learning I booked this flight in advance. They read reviews and horror stories from other companies and really wanted to back out since they're afraid of heights, but my son and I were able to convince them that this company was not like the rest based on the reviews. This was our first time flying, and we will all definitely do it again. Everyone was professional, and you could tell this was just another routine flight for them. Super friendly, very safe, and an incredible experience. Our pilot was awesome and the ground crew was just as great. They even have their own kitchen staff, so as you might expect, the after flight food was fantastic too. I cannot say enough good about our experience from beginning to end. The part we all wondered about, or should I say, were concerned about, was the landing. I am not exaggerating when I say I've slipped off the bottom step of my porch and had a rougher landing than we had on this balloon. It was simply a little tap on the ground, the ground crew jumped on to help us stay anchored, and we stayed put. AAA+++ Don't hesitate, this is truly the right company to go with. Nope, I don't know anyone there, and I do not own this company. When I find someone with great service, I share my experience and that's why you are reading this. Book it, mark it off your bucket list, and plan to do it again. You'll love it just like my whole family did. My wife's only regret? That she didn't do this 20 years ago with her dad before he passed away.
