I can't say enough good things about this company! We booked a morning hot air balloon ride, initially to celebrate my birthday, but it soon evolved into an opportunity for my son to propose to his girlfriend! I emailed Hot Air Expeditions inquiring about any ideas they may have, and heard back immediately from Bree, who said they could work with us any way we needed! We snuck my son's fiancee's parents into town and onto a separate van, and they were on the ground holding a "Will you marry me" sign. Bree oversaw everything and made copious notes in our reservation. They never dropped the ball! The balloon ride itself was amazing, and so much fun. Mike, our pilot, was the BEST! The breakfast and champagne toast afterwards was wonderful and really capped off an amazing morning!
