Unfortunately, my ride was canceled the night before due to high wind in the area. Of course, l was disappointed but totally understand - safety first!!
However, I came out here to say that while Viator customer service was difficult to work with, the actual provider/owners of the Hot Air Balloon company were awesome!
I called them directly to get some information after booking and they kept in contact with me via text right up through the cancellation.
Like most companies, they take payment quickly but are slow to refund (5-7 days). Other than that, I will definitely try to book with them again if I’m back in the area.
