Everything was so perfect about this experience. From the friendliness of the crew, to the expertise of our captain (Captain Morghan) to the adorable breakfast in the desert at the end with champagne / mimosas and chocolate cake to celebrate a birthday. The crew also made sure to take pictures for your group before and during the flight. My friend and I had a blast. It is so peaceful when you’re up in the air cruising. I thought I might only need to go hot air ballooning once but honestly the team made me want to go every time I can! Things to be aware of: - You park at the airport but depart from a different location (taking a bus). Maybe 15-20 mins extra. - Landing is a little intense, be prepared to squat and brace but the team did awesome keeping us safe. - You will likely be in a group of 12 or so in the basket. It’s a little close/tight but not too much. We loved it and will definitely come back!!

This was just a phenomenal experience. From the van driver Andi who drove us to the launch site to the crew who took pictures of us and set everything up to our pilot Captain Bill. It was just so fantastic. Bill was hilarious and knowledgeable and gave us a perfect ride including a very smooth landing. I just can't say enough good things about it. Loved every minute.
