Great experience with beautiful views. Up in the air for about an hour, 12 people in a basket, and a couple thousand feet up. And after all that, champagne and a nice breakfast.

Bought the sunrise ride for my 50th birthday. We had a great 'chaser' Alisa, and an awesome captain, John Bagwell to make us feel safe and at ease.. both were so knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Brunch was just ok....u get quiche, apple slices, a cheese round, a mini croissant , and mimosas... they brought out a sm choc cake for my bday which was so moist n delicious. The only downside was they forgot to put the birthday banner on the side of the basket for pictures sake. Overall a nice experience to check off your list it was so Serene I just felt as if he were floating..... The scariest part was having to climb in-and-out of the basket....si be 3 warned is not accessible... You must step up about 3 stairs and then literally climb over into the basket itself. I suggest wearing a cap because little particles tend to fall In your hair and as a barrier for the heat from the hot air atop your head. Wear closed toed shoes. And Bring your sunglasses.

The hot air balloon ride was amazing! I chose to be picked up from my hotel just to make things easier and I definitely recommend. The operator was funny and made the flight enjoyable. The flight crew were very nice and overall it was an amazing experience! We finished out time with a brunch. This is definitely a great company to use for your hot air balloon experience!
