This is a must have on the bucket list. We had a great time and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. The driver Jessica kept us in the loop with what was going on and she let us know there were any delays. We flew with Mike who was also very hospitable and answered all the questions we had as well as gave a good tour of the area. When we returned we had breakfast in the dessert and Mike told us why they poo champagne after every flight. Go visit to find out!!

We planned on having a sunrise hot air balloon experience but when we arrived the crew checking in people were very disorganized. We arrived in plenty of time, checked in and were told to sit in the van. Well we sat and sat and watched the sunrise from the van not from the balloon ride that we paid for. We were then told by our driver he forgot his paperwork and they were waiting on 9 other people. Our van was ready to go so why did we get penalized? This was not our problem we paid in full. The companies fault for not confirming and getting payment in full. Once we finally got on the road we asked to use the bathroom and the driver totally forgot to stop. Not the experience I was looking for but the balloon ride was awesome. We should have been given a discount for the craziness from the staff.

It was one of the most amazing things we did!! Mike the pilot and Matt the head crew member were great. Going up in the ballon at sunrise was a view that words could never describe. If you are planning a trip to Arizona and are looking for something out of this world to do it is a must!! The view you get from 2,500 feet will blow you away. The champagne breakfast was perfect and a great way to end your journey!!
