We enjoyed the air balloon ride and the breakfast was awesome. I think that the whole experience would have been more fun if there was music or some sort of entertainment during the ride

AMAZING!!! The entire experience was incredible. Matt was awesome but that Jonathan his Mohawk and nails were on point!!! Thank you to everyone for making this birthday trip the best yet!!!

The actual balloon ride was great! Beautiful views and an amazing experience. There was an issue with my pick up (they picked up the wrong person from my hotel) that was eventually resolved after multiple phone calls, but this caused me to be late and miss the safety speech and seeing the balloon inflated from the beginning. I literally got there in time to get in the balloon. If you offer pick up and have people pay extra for it you should get it right. They admitted they didn’t verify the name of the passenger before taking her, so I hope they start doing that in the future. The balloon is a tight squeeze and not as easy to get into as they make it seem but it’s worth it when you get up there.
