A sunrise meditation hike along the San Jacinto Mountains steps from Palm Springs to a resting spot with dramatic views of the Coachella Valley. You'll watch the sun rise over Indian Canyons and come together in guided meditation setting a grounded intention for the day.

We'll greet each other at the South Lykken trailhead. As we hike the trail about a mile to our meditation spot, we'll listen to the natural beauty of Oswitz Canyon. I'll lead you through a grounding meditation to help you set your intention for the day, acknowledging your connection to the Earth and the universe.

Guests will walk away with stunning photos. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, you'll have a grounded connection to the environment, a clear mind, and an open heart. We will hear the sounds of the earth. We will see the colors of the planet. We will breathe the essence of being. We will see the universe in motion. The morning sun will expose our shadows. If the stars agree, we will see big horn sheep.

What an amazing experience. When I arrived at the site, I was greeted by the guide, and we began our hike. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and took time during the hike to explain the trail and things about the Palms Springs area. He also made sure we took time at various points on the trail to appreciate the beauty of the trail, the mountains, and to take in the slowly changing colors as the sun began to rise. We reached our destination in plenty of time to watch the sun come over the mountain top. We found a comfortable place to sit and he then guided me through morning mediation. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Palm Springs area!

I'm so glad my friend and I decided to do this sunrise hike and guided meditation with Tim. The Palm Springs scenery from on high is unbelievable, and watching it slowly reveal itself as the rising sun crept across the valley was something I won't soon forget. Tim did a great job of pointing out many things on the hike that I would have missed; his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I don't have a lot of experience with meditation, but he was very skilled in guiding my thoughts and helping me purge some negativity from my mind. It was relaxing and renewing, and a great way to start a sunny day in Palm Springs. Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful generous moment with Timothy, attentive to each. I recommend this walk + guided meditation, eyes wide open and light hearted.
