Main Check-in location downtown is at the ticket booth located at 128 4th Ave S, Nashville TN 37201. Closest cross street at 4th Ave S. and Symphony Place. Guests can start their tour at any of the 13 stops. Stop #1 is located at the Motorworks Village 1305 Clinton Street.
Stops 7-10 close at 3:30pm Monday-Friday and no Trolleys will depart or stop there after then

Each of the drivers we had went above and beyond our expectations. They were kind, courteous, friendly, and helped us with every question and request. They even took us, incredibly, to the stop where we had left our car. At one stop, we couldn't fit on the bus, so they immediately sent another one to pick us up, and we were the only passengers for several stops. I loved that they had supporting materials like videos and music. I highly recommend it, 200%! The drivers truly made the experience enjoyable.

Buck the driver was a little out of control with his words on the bus. He told a group of very nice people that they should go back to the farm because they were speaking Spanish. Not the right thing to say. Not only did he insult them there was a couple that joined buck in his insults.
