Beware that though this operator has a “ satisfaction guarantee”. they work against you receiving refund,. It was October and they were so booked that we had waited for 3 buses at initial stop and didn’t get on. The ticket sales was right across the street and they told me “ no problem “ it would go back on my Credit card . They did not offer me any evidence of refund , and I had to press them for a paper copy and took photo of the form I had fillled out. Luckily I had that , because weeks later no refund received . I emailed and spoke with the company and they were unpleasant and were going to make me jump through hoops , even though I had already been promised a refund . I had to go through my Credit Card company that luckily stood by me to reverse charges . Would not trust this operator .

We decided to take this tour on our last day in Nashville, but wish we would have taken it sooner. It was a great tour with outstanding tour guides. Take this tour as soon as you arrive to this great city!
