Our tour guide, Alice, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and was a great communicator. The only issue we had was finding the starting point. we arrived a few minutes late because we couldn’t find it on the map.

Guide was exceptional. Experience was quite sobering, but excellent memorial site. What a wonderful site to honor those who lost their lives in such a tragic event. Will remember forever.

Seeing the beautiful dove building was so moving! Seeing the faces of the thousands that perished that day was something I’ll never forget!!
