The directions given when booking were clear and we were able to find the pick-up location easily. When you walk down 5th Ave next to Bongo Java, the bus is waiting. Frank was waiting outside to check us in, pretty easy.
The ride was around an hour and a half. If you’re a couple traveling together and have Netflix or something similar, you might want to bring a headphone splitter and a couple pairs of headphones and watch a movie on the way down, it will make it feel like nothing.
You can’t bring in any bags bigger than half a sheet of paper, so keep that in mind. You can leave them on the bus, which is locked. There are also lockers, but the people at Jack ask that you only use those if you bought something at the store before your tour and have no place to put it.
The reason I rated this a 4 and not a 5 was the AC in the bus wasn’t working, which made for a rather uncomfortable ride both ways. But, ice water was provided, which helped.
Overall, would have been 5 out of 5 if the AC worked. Could have also been really nice is there were a bathroom on the bus, but I don’t think any of the other like tours have that so more of a nice to have than anything.
