Hi Denise. We do apologize for the cancellation, however we received notice that the guide scheduled for your tour was in need of immediate medical attention. Unfortunately, due to our late notice we couldn't supply another guide, as they were already scheduled for the evening. We understand your frustration, but please understand that medical emergencies do happen. We also offered multiple alternatives for you as well as a full refund.
