We were on the June 5th tour with Jeffery. You could tell that truly cared to make sure each and everyone of us was enjoying the tour. He checked on us all day long and was a wealth of knowledge. He made the day 5 stars. Our only disappoint was that the open top bus was not available. We ended up on the regular shuttle bus. The company was prompt to contact us before the tour to ensure we were aware and rebate the difference in price. Highly recommend this tour for those that want to see as much of NYC they can in a day.

Marc was informative and witty. We certainly hit the high spots of the city and would take our friends on this tour. I would have liked to see Central Park up close, saw from the Empire State Bilding. Because of where the tour starts, we were able to get there early and walk the 2 blocks to see a bit of the Today show and indulge in a great bakery product. Smooth and well executed day.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!! They are completely bogus. Our tour guide was Marc and he was phenomenal. Other people made comments about his “inappropriate humor” and his “rudeness”. That is so not the case. Those are just people who need to lighten the (you know what) up and sense sarcasm and dry humor. He was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. The tour was great. Not much walking, and he knew so much about random buildings and stuff. He was very informative. The longest we had to wait for the bus to get back to us was 2 minutes. It was a very nice bus with a glass top roof so you can see out of it. We took the full day (which is 9 hours) tour with the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty. But we saw so much more. We went to Wall Street, the drove past the flat iron building, we went to the 9/11 memorial, had lunch in Little Italy, and drove past so much of New York. You get out at the biggest attractions, but he was very informative about everything we passed along the way. His humor was great, very friendly, and as far as I know, nobody on our tour was complaining. We were all laughing along with him and he answered questions. There was an elderly women on our tour and he made sure to wait and see how she was doing when we were walking around a stop. These other reviews that say Marc was “distasteful” and “rude” are bogus. They just don’t know how to ease up and take a joke and relax. This was an amazing tour, and when I come back to New York I’ll probably take it again. This is a fabulous tour.
