My friend and I decided on doing this last minute, rather than the on/off bus due to the heat. We were extremely happy with our decision due to the smaller group size and having a personal tour guide through the 6 hour trip (Bryant). He was absolutely amazing, and provided humor along with great historical information throughout the tour. He was worth the 5 stars alone!! Our driver (Guy) was super nice and professional as well. We enjoyed seeing all of the highlights of NYC as well as seeing the Statue of Liberty while riding on the Staten Island Ferry. The AC in the van, along with the courtesy bottles of water were very much appreciated with the heat outside. Not sure if this is the norm or not, but our particular tour had a 'Supervisor', ride up front the whole time which a few of the riders felt was a little weird. It almost felt as if the 'principal of the school' and had to mind our ‘P’s and Q’s’ while in the vehicle. When we were away from the vehicle during our stops, you could tell that we were all much more relaxed and our personalities came out more. The 'Supervisor' (Katherine I think?) did not really interact with any of the passengers which led to a 'stiffness' persona. She just sat in the front seat writing in a notebook and doing her 'to- do' list (see attached pic). I hope this is just a random 'ride along' and not a wasted position on all of your tour buses. Overall, Bryant and Guy did an exceptional job for their positions and I would highly recommend this tour to family and friends in the future!

9/11 memorial and Staten Island boat ride. Martin our tour guide was very funny, relatable, experienced with loads of historical information, he was very energetic and a pleasure to be with. Our bus driver was very responsive and responsible. The tour was the best experience my family has had together in long time. Having lunch with other tourists on our team was also very cool! Good job!!! Kay & Flakey.
