Bryant was our tour guide. Had vast knowledge about the city and he was extremely personable. We had a fabulous time! We were able to see a lot of landmarks and this tour also sparked our interest in coming back to see more. Definitely recommend this tour!

We opted for the 6 hour small bus tour- I preferred the smaller bus to the larger bus tours- we didn't really know what the expect or what we were getting ourselves into- but 10/10 recommend! We had Bryant as our tour guide- he was a leather vest wearing New Yorker who at first appeared to be a hardened New Yorker but he is hilarious! He does comedy and singing that is sure to entertain you - most importantly for those traveling with kids he engaged the kids and even the pre teens! He does an apolitical but HILARIOUS presidential impersonation- one of the many fun things he did. We actually had people try to join our tour at different stops because they enjoyed Bryant's commentary. He has been a tour guide for 8 years so his experience showed. He was also more than willing to take really great photos which was a plus! For lunch we went to a wonderful place where everyone could get any type of food from a hot buffet line- all very delicious and many healthy options. We enjoyed the tour and all the information- plenty of spots to get out and walk- however it's personalized to the tour participants if we needed more or less time, bio breaks, etc. They were also super kind in always handing out bottled water at every stop. My only complaint was there was a person who sat in the front seat and I was not exactly sure what her role was on the crew. We interacted with the driver and tour guide she was introduced but her role was not clearly defined. I'd highly recommend this tour- it will be the highlight of your trip especially if you get Bryant as your guide! Also do bring cash for tips- I regret not having more cash for him and they cannot do venmo for tips.

We were going to do the hoho bus on our first day in NY but decided to take a smaller more personal tour with a guide. It turned out to be a great decision and was perfect for what we needed. Frank and Guy were down to earth locals who clearly loved the city and enjoyed sharing their experiences and knowledge. They also cared about our comfort and welfare and made us feel welcome. Being part of a small group made it easier and more pleasant to interact with the guides and by the end of the day we had got to know each other pretty well. We covered a lot of ground in the 6 hours and were particularly moved by Frank’s personal experience with 9/11 which gave us a real feel for how that day impacted the city and it’s citizens. Highly recommend and well worth the cost.
