Ayant grandi en étant témoin de certaines des familles célèbres de New York et ayant consulté pour la télévision et de grandes productions cinématographiques sur le crime et l'application de la loi, a contribué à développer cette visite unique.

Dennis is a really interesting guy, he brings to life the gangster stories I have read about and seen in the movies, he is a master story teller, having grown up in the community with the mafia on his doorstep, he shares his experiences with you in an engaging way. Ask questions and the ebb and flow of the tour morphs into different aspects of the subject matter being questioned, which makes each one of these tours a unique and one off experience . The food on the tour is authentic Italian cuisine from some of Little Italy’s longest established businesses. Delicious Hand made Mozzarella cheese and sausage from Russos fine foods , Fresh Pizza , Beautiful Meatballs and Eggplant from Benito One Restaurant. The Cannoli at the end of the tour is “to die for” if you’ll pardon the pun 😂 Dennis goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable as he provided the whole group with wireless headsets, everyone in the group could hear Him speaking at all times, even when on the move . I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York , you’ll get to meet some lovely people indulge in fine food and learn about part of the history of New York City. You will not be disappointed .

Dennis definitely knows his history and has the inside track. Given he grew up in the neighborhood and later on became an NYPD officer, he’s got the goods on the real deal....I have been reading and researching a lot of the mob history and Dennis is a legit course of info not to mention he taught me a few new things I haven’t heard any where else. Lately, all the places he brought us to eat were fantastic, small, local, authentic, hole in the wall perfection. Dennis is a good guy and a friend of all he tours with.

Do yourself a favor and experience this tour if you are in NYC. This tour is different every time with the historical walk changing as the conversation ebbs and flows. He knows all the secrets being born and raised here. He has the official connections from where his stories are from. I am still craving the delicious from this tour two months later. The dining spots are historically interesting, and rest assured you will walk it off as you tour through the streets of what was the playground of these swagger gangsters of Manhattan. The night I went, the night was crispy and chilly, but Dennis brought us all 'Hot hands' packs that kept us warm during the walk. This tour is a solid worth of your time and hard earned money. Such a cool guy too! By the way, there are vegan options. PS a few celebs have already taken this tour before some of you & raved about it, so you better book before it blows up!
