Jenn A. with Experience First was our tour guide. Per Jenn, she'd live in several cities and did tours in those cities. Jenn had our group rushing around and left little time for stopping at sights for photos, except for a few high traffic places. Jenn had several side conversations with a few in the group during the walk, but no microphone commentary for the group. At the end of the tour, Jenn used her stated and creative acting skills to request a tip, when she did not immediate see she was getting a tip by this patron, she very rudely gestured by throwing her hands in the air and stated insultingly and loudly to the group "no tip" and abruptly walked away. I literally lifted the tip out of my open coin purse in hand with my mouth open and stared at her back. One person said to my blank-faced flabbergasted self with a wad of cash in hand if they should call Jenn back. I looked around at all the blank faces of the other patrons and calmly stated to her, not any more and immediately left the group. The real kicker, Jenn sent an email in which myself and my guest's information was listed incorrectly afterwards, suggesting we reach out for a group picture she took and gave details for leaving a tip. Like that would happen. Tour 2.5/5, Guide -5/5. Do yourself a favor and ask not to have Jenn A. with Experience First as your tour guide. And, Viator, please refund my money.
