We met with John Eric on a Sunday evening. It should be noted that we were a Bachelorette party of 4 dressed as pirates and it was just us in the tour. We were a fun and rowdy bunch and John Eric was gracious enough to tolerate our innocent shenanigans and gently wrangled us back in when we got distracted. He was professional and really knew his stuff. If he didn't know, he was honest about it. We really appreciated him and found his humor endearing. Highly recommend!

We had Joe for our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and made things interesting. We got to hear about Newport’s lawless past (pre-Revolutionary War period), when piracy was rampant. We heard stories that spanned centuries and told of both local folks and also the rich and famous (for their time). Nice background/backstory to eerie and strange sightings and sounds in the area.
