Second time booking with Viator, both times we have had a no show on our ghost tours. Very disappointing!!

Meeting spot was not immediately obvious via GPS, but walked until we found a few others waiting for the tour to begin. Guide was a little late and flustered, but knowledgeable and engaging once we got started. Would suggest less time spent in the mall (shopping) area and instead spend some time at the docks/waterfront area or other historical/haunted sites. Overall good tour.

The ghost walk was very interesting with a lot of history about Newport itself and the ghost stories that go with it. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and we learned a lot.
