We didn’t plan ahead and were not able to obtain tickets but we wanted to see the monument and the view. I was a little unsure about this but No-Line Waiters is a legit service. Fantastic communication and very clear instructions. Tickets were delivered via email and text the day before. We waited a minute to enter the security checkpoint and just another two minutes to wait for about ten people to board the elevator. Extremely good service and incredibly convenient! You get exactly what you pay for! In my opinion, well worth every penny!!!!

The group leader George was very knowledgeable about the monuments. He spent time during transit between sites to detail what we would see at the next atop. The tour was 3 hours long and the weather was very cold for March (below freesing) We wore hats and gloves but were still cold being outside for more then 10 minutes. George was emoathetic and suggested going back to the van early if needed at any one stop. Very kind and accomodating. I highly recommend him as a guide!

It was nice because you skip the ticket line and head straight in at your reserved time. This ticket gave me access to visit the top of the monument as tickets the day of would always sold out in a matter of seconds.
