The service that this company provides can be summed up as they greedily take up all of the tickets available and then sell them at a large profit. In other words, they prevent you from purchasing tickets in advance online for $1.00 each directly from the National Park Service. Then they turn around and charge you $26.00 each for the same tickets. They have no actual part in the actual tour. You still go sit in line and wait with the rest of the 75ish people in your reserved time. The "No-Wait" service that they provide is only directed at those that do try to buy online and wait in line the morning of trying to secure tickets. If you are ok with their scam, it's completely worth the $26.00 per person to see DC from the top. Just don't get caught up in believing that they did the waiting for you.
